AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 246 DATED MAY 26, 1964, WHICH EXCLUDED FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423 DATED JULY 12, 1957, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, AND DECLARED THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ACT No. 3038, IN RELATION WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 246 dated May 26, 1964, by declaring the land embraced therein likewise open to disposition under the provisions of Republic Act No. 730, whenever applicable.
The Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources is hereby designated to take charge of the allocation and disposition of the land covered by said Proclamation No. 246.1aшphi1
