MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 309, September 4, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR PALAY DRYING, RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MALIIG, MUNICIPALITY OF LUBANG, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for civic, recreational, and cultural purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Lubang, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the said municipality and more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 1989, Lubang Public Land Subdivision, Pls-41 A parcel of land (Lot 1989 of Lubang Public Land Subdivision, Pls.-41, L.R.C. Record No.———), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Lubang, Province of Occidental Mindoro. Bounded on the NE., SE. and SW., along lines 1-2-3-4, by Road; and on the NW., along line 4-1, by Lot 1990 Lubang Public Land Subdivision, Pis—41. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 63 deg. 54 mm. E., 2,769.44 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Lubang Pls-41, thence S. 50 deg. 09 rain. E., 20.32 meters to point 2; thence S. 40 deg. 34 min. W., 37.87 meters to point 3; thence N. 46 deg. 28 min. W., 18.46 meters to point 4; thence N. 37 deg. 37 min. E., 36.71 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 722 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Old Points; bearings true; date of survey, Oct. 1, 1953—Oct. 28, 1954.
