MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 308, September 9, 1964 ] ESTABLISHING AS SIBAGAT-WAWA FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION, AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, AGUSAN LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 22-N AND 37-B, PER B.F. MAP – L.C. 2090, SITUATED IN BUTUAN CITY AND IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF NVO. SIBAGAT, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, PHILIPPINES Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement, or other disposition, and establish as Sibagat-Wawa Forest Reserve, subject to private rights if any there be, the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Agusan Land Classification Project Nos. 22-N and 37-B, situated in Butuan City and the Municipal District of Nvo. Sibagat, Province of Agusan, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-608, dated May 10, 1957, for wood production, watershed, soil protection, and other forest uses under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said Forest Reserve and the cutting, collection, and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.1aшphi1 The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 2090, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Agusan Land Classification Project Nos. 22-N and 37-B, containing an area of 29,500 hectares, more or less. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
