MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 303, August 24, 1964 ] ESTABLISHING AS BUCAS GRANDE FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION, AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, SURIGAO DEL NORTE LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 5-B AND 12-C, PER B.F. MAP L.C.-2445, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF DAPA AND NUMANCIA, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, or other disposition, and hereby establish as Bucas Forest Reserve, for wood production, watershed, soil protection, and other forest uses, under the administration of the Director of Forestry, the parcels of land of the public domain known as Timber Land, Surigao del Norte Land Classification Project Nos. 5-B and 12-C, situated in the Municipalities of Dapa and Numancia, Province of Surigao del Norte, demarcated under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-963, dated March 28, 1961, which land is more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map-L.C.-2445, comprising the Timber Land of the aforementioned Surigao del Norte Land Classification Project Nos. 5-B and 12-C. containing an area of 10,803 hectares, more or less.1aшphi1 In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
