[ Proclamation No. 298, August 23, 1964 ]

RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF MALATE, CITY OF MANILA

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the building site purposes under the administration of the Central Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the National Government situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, Bounded on the North by a canal; on the East, by A. Mabini Street; on the South, by Vito Cruz Street; and on the West by Roxas Boulevard. Containing an area of seventy-three thousand five hundred seventy and a half (73,570.5) square meters, more or less.”

Proclamation No. 21, dated April 11, 1962, which reserved certain tracts of land for the Philippine Navy and Manila General Hospital, is hereby amended accordingly.1aшphi1

Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-four.
