EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 41 DATED JULY 5, 1954, WHICH RESERVED THE NATIONAL PARK SITE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “MANILA BAY BEACH RESORT,” SITUATED IN THE CITIES OF MANILA AND PASAY AND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE PHILIPPINE NAVY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 41, dated July 5, 1954, which reserved the National Park site, otherwise known as the “Manila Bay Beach Resort,” situated in the Cities of Manila and Pasay and in the Municipality of Parañaque, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, a certain parcel of land embraced therein and reserve the same for naval purposes under the administration of the Philippine Navy, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (the proposed naval reservation), situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by Manila Bay (Proclamation No. 41); on the W., along line 2-3, by Manila Bay; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Manila Bay and property of the Philippine Navy Compound; and on the NE., along line 4-1, by Roxas Boulevard. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached sketch plan, being S. 58 deg. 35' W., 138.00 m. from P.B.M. 1, Pasay Cad.,
thence S. 61 deg. 24' W., 1075.50 m. to point 2;
thence N. 14 deg. 15' W., 206.50 m. to point 3;
thence N. 61 deg. 24' E., 1028.00 m. to point 4;
thence S. 27 deg. 37' E., 200.00 m. to the point of
beginning; containing an approximate area of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE (210,339) Square Meters.1aшphi1
