MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 291, August 14, 1964 ] ESTABLISHING AS MT. PAIYAK FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION, AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, MISAMIS ORIENTAL LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 5-C, 6-K, AND 21, PER B.F. MAP L.C. 2223, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BALINGASAG, CLAVERIA, AND LAGONGLONG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, PHILIPPINES Pursuant to the provisions of section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement, or other disposition, and hereby establish as Mt. Paiyak Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of -public domain as Timberland Misamis Oriental Land Classification Project Nos. 5-C, 6-K and 21, situated in the Municipalities of Balingasag, Claveria, and Lagonglong, Province of Misamis Oriental, Philippines, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-741, dated September 26, 1958, for wood production, watershed, soil protection, and other forest uses under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection, and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C. 2223, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Misamis Oriental Land Classification Project Nos. 5-C, 6-K and 21, containing an area of Six Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Two (6,422) hectares, more or less.
