MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 287, August 14, 1964 ] ESTABLISHING AS MOUNT TALAYAN FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION, AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, COTABATO LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 19-J AND 54-B, PER B.F. MAP LC-2241, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF DINAIG AND UPI, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, PHILIPPINES Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Cede, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement, or other disposition and establish as Mount Talayan Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of public domain known as Timber Land, Cot-bato Land Classification Project Nos. 19-J and 54-B, situated in the Municipalities of Dinaig and Upi, Province of Cotabato, Philippines, demarcated and establish under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-759, dated November 28, 1958, for wood production, watershed, soil protection, and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection, and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations. The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described in the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2241, comprising the Timber Land of the aforementioned Cotabato Land Classification Project Nos. 19-J and 54-B, containing an area of twenty nine thousand nine hundred eleven (29,911) hectares, more or less.1aшphi1 In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
