MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 277, July 28, 1964 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 301, DATED JUNE 4, 1956, BY INCLUDING IN THE MARKET SITE RESERVATION ESTABLISHED THEREUNDER A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 301, dated June 4, 1956, by including- in the market site reservation established thereunder a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Tacurong, Province of Cotabato, more particularly described’ as follows: Lot 4 Swo-40124 A parcel of land (Lot 4 of plan Swo-40124, L. R. C. Record No. ———-), situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Tacurong, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the SW. along line 1—2, by Road; on the NW., along line 2-3, by Lot 6267, Buluan Public Land Subdivision, Pls-73; on the NE., along line 3-4, by Road; and on the SE., along lines 4-5-1, by National Highway. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 23 deg. 02 min. W., 563.75 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Tacurong Public Land Subdivision, Pls-73 Thence N. 25 deg. 23 min. W., 11.10 meters to point 2; thence N. 67 deg. 57 min. E., 159.30 meters to point 3; thence S. 24 deg. 14 min. E., 10.01 meters to point 4; thence S. 67 deg. 31 min. W., 33.32 meters to point 5; thence S. 67 deg. 35 min. W., 125.71 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 1,681 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: Points 2 and 3 by Old P- L- S. Conc. Mons.; point 5 by H. W. Mon. and the rest, by P. L. S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of survey, April 2, 1958, which was approved on June 29, 1962.
