ESTABLISHING AS MT. KINAYAN FOREST RESERVE FOR WOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED, SOIL PROTECTION, AND OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN KNOWN AS TIMBERLAND, DAVAO LAND CLASSIFICATION PROJECT NOS. 11-A AND 17-K PER B.F. MAP L.C. 2391, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BAGANGA AND COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, PHLIPPINES

Pursuant to the provisions of section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement, and other disposition and hereby establish as Mt. Kinayan Forest Reserve, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcels of public domain known as Timberland, Davao Land Classification Project Nos. 11-A and 17-K, situated in the Municipalities of Baganga and Compostela, Province of Davao, demarcated and established under Forestry Administrative Order No. 4-909, dated August 18, 1960, for wood production, watershed, soil protection and other forest purposes under the administration and control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of said forest reserve and the cutting, collection, and removal of timber and other forest products therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.

The aforementioned parcels of public domain are shown and more particularly described on the attached Bureau of Forestry Map L.C.-2391, comprising the Timberland of the aforementioned Davao Land Classification Project Nos. 11-A and 17-K, containing an area of twenty thousand two hundred fifty four (20,254) hectares, more or less.1aшphi1
