DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 21, 1964, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FABIAN, PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, the birth centennial of the late Juan Alvear, statesman, educator, member of the First Philippine Assembly, and former Governor of Pangasinan falls on July 21, 1964; and

WHEREAS, the people of San Fabian, Pangasinan, his birthplace, should be given an opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 21, 1964, as a special public holiday in the municipality of San Fabian, Pangasinan.1aшphi1
