CALLING THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO A THIRD SPECIAL SESSION

WHEREAS, the public interest requires that the Congress of the Philippines be convened in a second special session in order to consider urgent legislative measures which failed of final enactment during the last special session as well as other vital subjects of legislation.

No. 5711 An Act Amending Subsection II of Section Four of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-One Thirty-Seven so as to Require as a Conditions for the Release from the Bureau of Customs of any Imported Materials and/or Supplies used in the Manufacture of Embrodidery and Apparel for exempt the Filing of a Cash Deposit or the Equivalent in Socio-Economic Bonds Equal to all Duties and Taxes and Other Charges Due Thereon which shall be Refunded Under Certain Conditions.

10. Such other measures as may be submitted.

If Congress so desires, it may continue in session for a longer period than that herein fixed, provided it shall not exceed thirty (30) days.
