MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 256, June 3, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for building site purposes under the administration of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the Government, situated in the City of Dagupan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 2 Bcs-2090 (Department of Agriculture & Natural Resources) A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Bcs-2090, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3680-A, 3680-B, 3680-C, 3680-D, 3680-E, 3680-F, 3680-G, 3680-H, 3680-S, 3680-T, 3680-U, 3680-V, 3680-W, 3680-R, 3680-Q, 3680-P, 3680-O, 3680-N and 3680-Y (Port.) described on plan Psd-10000. LRC. Record No. …..), situated in the Poblacion, City of Dagupan. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by Lot 1 of the consolidation and subdivision plan; on the NE., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8, by Pantal River; on the SE., along lines 8-9-10-11-12, by Road; and on the S., along lines-12-13-14-15-16-17-1, by Torres Bugallon Avenue.
