MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 247, May 28, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL CAPITOL, PROVINCIAL JAIL, HOUSING PROJECT, GOLF COURSE, PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY BARRACKS, PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL, BUREAU OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS, AND GIRL AND BOY SCOUTS SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN ILIGAN CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for provincial capitol, provincial jail, housing project, golf course, provincial hospital, Philippine Constabulary barracks, provincial high school, Bureau of Public Highways, arid Girl and Boy Scouts site purposes under the respective administration of the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte, the Director of Hospitals, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Director of Public Schools, the Commissioner of Public Highways, and the Girl and Boy Scouts of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there may be, to future subdivision survey in accordance with the development plan to be prepared and approved by the National Planning Commission, as well as to the condition that the provincial government shall negotiate with the occupants with a view to reimbursing them of the reasonable value of their improvements thereon or relocating them elsewhere, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Iligan City and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 5178, Iligan Cadastre, Case 2 °A parcel of land (Lot 5178 of the cadastral survey of Iligan, L.R.C.
