RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE REPARATIONS COMMISSION CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN SOUTH HARBOR, PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sales or other disposition and reserve for building site purposes under the administration of the Chairman of the Reparations Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the provisions of Executive Order No, 113, dated May 2, 1955; certain parcels of land of the private domain situated in South Harbor, Port Area City of Manila, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A PARCEL OF LAND, (Lot 10, Block 105 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila), situated in the Port Area District, Manila South-Harbor, District of Intramuros, City of Manila, Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Railroad Street (proposed sidewalk); on the NW., along line 2-3, by Lot 11, Block 105, Manila Cad.; on the NE., along line 3-4, by A, Bonifacio Drive (proposed sidewalk); and on the SE., along line 4-1, by Lot 3, Block 105, Manila Cad. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 41 deg, 17' W., 444.89 m, F. Hyd. 30, City of Manila,

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 40 deg. 59 W., 459.73 m. from F. Hyd. 30, City of Manila.
