REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 382, DATED FEBRUARY 11, 1939, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 461, DATED DECEMBER 23, 1953, AND RESERVING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA, FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 382, dated February 11, 1939, as amended by Proclamation No. 461, dated December 23, 1953, and reserve the land embraced therein situated in Port Area, City of Manila, for building site purposes under the administration of the Director of Telecommunications, subject to private rights, if any there be.
