MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 233, April 24, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Secretary of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the Government, situated in the City of Dagupan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 1 Bcs-2090 A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Bcs - 2090, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3680-A, 3680-B, 3680-C, 3680-D, 3680-E, 3680-F, 3680-G, 3680-H, 3680-S, 3680-T, 3680-U, 3680-V, 3680-W, 3680-R, 3680-Q, 3680-P, 3680-O, 368’0-N and 3680-Y (Port.) described on plan Psd-10000, L.R.C. Record No. ????? ), situated in the poblacion, City of Dagupan, Bounded on the S., along lines 1-2-3-4-5, by Torres Bugallon Avenue; on the NW., along line 5-6, by Lot 3679, Dagupan Cad.; on the NE., along lines 6-7-8, by Pantal River; and on the SE., along line 8-1, by Lot 2 of the consolidation and subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 81° 36' E., 162.80 meters from B.B.M. 6, Dagupan Cad., thence N. 83° 34' W., 4.03 meters to point 2; thence N. 83° 34' W. 10.00 meters to point 3; thence N. 83° 34' W., 10.00 meters to point 4; thence N. 83° 34' W., 23.94 meters to point 5; thence N. 19° 34' E., 72.82 meters to point 6; thence S. 77° 28' E., 36.17 meters to point 7; thence S. 77° 28' E., 3.06 meters to point 8; thence S. 12° 56' W., 67.18 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 3,019 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 1 and 8 by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. and the rest by Old B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of the consolidation and subdivision survey, Jan. 22-23, 1963, which was approved on June 24, 1963.
