MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 232, April 20, 1964 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 477, DATED OCTOBER 29, 1939, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES BUILDING SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN DAVAO CITY A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR REGIONAL OFFICE SITE PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL COTTAGE INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NACIDA) Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby excluded from the operation of Proclamation No. 477, dated October 29, 1939, which established the building site reservation of the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources situated in Davao City a portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for regional building site purposes under the administration of the Administrator of the National Cottage Industries Development Authority (NACIDA), which portion of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 3 Bcs-2030 Amd. 2 (Nacida Regional Office Site). “A parcel of land (Lot 3 of the amendment plan Bcs-2030 Amd. 2, being a portion of Lot 2 described on plan Bcs-2030 Amd., L.R.C. Cad. Record No. ????? ), situated in the City of Davao. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2 by Lot 1 of plan Bcs-2030 (Amended); on the W., along lines 2-3 by Road (15.00 m. wide); on the N., and on the E., along lines 4-5-1 by Lot 2 of the amendment plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 57° 33' E., 1,045.80 meters from Mon. 19, Davao Cad., thence S. 86° 54' W., 50.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 3° 11' W., 27.50 meters to point 3; thence N. 3° 11' W., 12.50 meters to point 4; thence N. 86° 54' E. 50.00 meters to point 5; thence S. 3° 11' E., 39.99 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 2,000 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows; points 2 and 3 by old B.P.W. Conc. Mons.; and the rest by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of the original survey, Feb., 1916 - May, 1920 and that of the amendment survey, Nov. 27, 1963.
