EXTENDING THE SEVENTEENTH ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL RED CROSS

WHEREAS, the period from January 15 to March 31, 1964, was set aside for the seventeenth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross under Proclamation No, 186, dated December 19, 1963; and

WHEREAS, the campaign has been adversely affected by the failure of crops caused by recent floods and by other calamities in many areas;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the seventeenth annual fund campaign of the Philippine National Red Cross up to April 30, 1964,
