EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND DRIVE OF THE MEDICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC., UP TO JUNE 12, 1964

WHEREAS, the Medical Research Foundation of the Philippines. Inc., was authorized to conduct an educational and fund campaign for the promotion of medical research work in this country from February 11 to April 11, 1964; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to realize its fund goal;

NOW THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law do hereby extend the campaign of the Medical Research Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., up to June 12, 1964.
