MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 223, March 25, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR REGIONAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF, THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for regional building site purposes under the administration of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows: Proposed Central Bank Site “A parcel of land (the proposed Central Bank Site), situated in; the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by Lot 5202-B, portion of Lot 5202, Cebu Cad.; on the SW and W., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12, by Lot 544-A, portion of Lot 544, Cebu Cad.; on the SW., along line 12-13, by Lot 3025, Cebu Cad.; on the NW., along lines 13-14-15, by Road; on the NW., along line 15-16, by Legaspi Street; and on the SE., along lines 16-17-1, by Proposed DANR Site. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 85° 20' E., 241.58 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Cebu Cad., thence S. 37° 10' W., 18.31 meters to point 2; thence N. 10° 07' W., 33.16 meters to point 3; thence S. 82° 59' W., 8.93 meters to point 4; thence N. 9° 33' W., 68.53 meters to point 5; thence N. 89° 03' E., 4.24 meters to point 6; thence N. 3° 53' W., 0.59 meters to point 7; thence S. 88° 14' E., 0.65 meters to point 8; thence N. 6° 34' W., 29.20 meters to point 9; thence N. 46° 25' W., 1.44 meters to point 10; thence, N. 89° 11' W., 1.39 meters to point 11; thence S. 64° 26' W., 1.55 meters to point 12; thence N. 58° 51' W., 25.87 meters to point 13; thence N. 27° 53' E., 39.90 meters to point 14; thence N. 28° 03' E., 10.53 meters to point 15; thence S. 61° 53' E., 122.03 meters to point 16; thence S. 29° 33' W., 53.16 meters to point 17; thence S. 29° 34' W., 77.48 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 11,512 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground; bearings true; date of survey, Feb. 22-25, 1964.
