RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AMPATUAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Ampatuan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 530 of Datu Piang Public Land Subdivision, L. R. C Record No. - - -), situated in the Municipality of Datu Piang, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the N., E., S., and W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, by Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan being N. 29° 40' W., 1,363.54 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Datu Piang Public Land Subdivision, thence N. 26° 34' E., 4.25 meters to point 2; thence N. 71° 34' E., 193.70 meters to point 3; thence S. 60° 20' E., 4.38 meters to point 4; thence S. 18° 34' E., 193.87 meters to point 5; thence S. 30° 42' W., 3.38 meters to point 6; thence S. 71° 28' W., 194.54 meters to point 7; thence N. 57° 15' W., 3.90 meters to point 8; thence N. 18° 27' W., 194.03 meters to point of beginning; containing ail an area of 38, 925 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Old Points; bearings true; date of the survey, Nov. 19, 1956-July 15, 1957.
