MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 218, March 19, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SEATED IN THE BARRIOS OF SIBUL AND TARTARO, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the barrios of Sibul and Tartaro, Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly desbribed as follows: Lot 2820-A Bsd-5208 (Military Training Camp Site) A Parcel of land (Lot 2820-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-5208, being a portion of Lot 2820 of the cadastral survey of San Miguel, L.R.C. Cad. Record No. - –), situated in the Barrios of Sibu, and Tartaro, Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Bulacan. Bounded on the S., SW., N. and NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7, by Lot 2720-B of the subdivision plan; on the E., along lines 7-8, by River; on the SE., S., and E., along lines 8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15, by Lot 2820-C of the subdivision plan; on the S., along line 15-16, by Provincial Road; and on the W. and S., along lines 16-17-1, by Lot 2820-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 41o 36' W., 723.51 meters from B.B.M. 34, San Miguel Cad., thence N. 89o 59' W., 323.94 meters to point 2; thence N. 2726' W., 469.52 meters to point 3; thence E A S T 475.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 89o 58' E., 382.51 meters to point 5; thence N. 69o 42' E., 400.00 meters to point 6; thence N. 69 o 41' E., 305.65 meters to point 7; thence S. 16 o 42' W., 322.14 meters to point 8; thence S. 64 o 53' W., 105.55 meters to point 9; thence N. 23 o 39' W., 168.94 meters to point 10; thence S. 30 o 48' W., 392.07 meters to point 11; thence S. 55 o 55' W., 183.28 meters to point 12; thence S. 86 o 09' W., 351.46 meters to point 13; thence S.0 o 02' W., 463.78 meters to point 14; thence S. 0 o 02' W., 0.92 meters to point 15; thence S. 80 o 35' W., 20.00 meters to point 16; thence N. 0 o 02' W., 1.32 meters to point 17; thence N. 0 o 02' W., 466.73 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 499, 759 square meters. Mons.; bearing true; date of the original survey, Jan. 1923 - Jan., 1925 and that of the subdivision survey, Aug. 26-29, 1936 which was approved on Oct. 19, 1936.
