RESERVING FOR PARK SITE PURPOSES THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, EMBRACED IN PROCLAMATION NO. 241, DATED JULY 5, 1929, AS REVOKED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 815, DATED DECEMBER 29, 1962

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdrew from sale or settlement and reserve for park site purposes, under the administration of the City of Baguio, subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, embraced in Proclamation No. 241, dated July 5, 1929, as revoked by Proclamation No. 815, dated December 29, 1961.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
