MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 216, March 19, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR OYSTER DEMONSTRATION FARM SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO MANAT, MUNICIPALITY OF BINMALEY, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FISHERIES COMMISSION Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 73 of Act No. 4003, as amended, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserved for oyster demonstration farm site purposes, and for such purposes as would be conducive to the development and progress of the oyster industry, under the administration of the Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain portion of land situated in the barrio of Manat, Municipality of Binmaley, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, particularly described as follows: Proposed Area (Manat, Binmaley, Pangasinan) for an Oyster Demonstration Farm A Parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-147, L.R.C, Record No. situated in the Barrio of Manat, Municipality of Binmaley, Province of Pangasinan. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2-3, by Manat Bridge on the W., NW., and E., along lines from Corner 3 thence following the meandering boundary to Corner 9, Manat River; on the SE and NE., along line 9-10-11, by property of Gavino Vinluan (Lot 2 Psu-121308); and on the SE., along line 11-12, by property of Jermias Vinluan (Lot 1, Psu-121308), along line 12-13, by Public Land claimed by Patricio Urmasa; and along line 13-1, by property of Pascual Rosario. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S 54° 18' E 305.99 meters, from B.L.L.M. I, Bo. of Manat, Mp. of Binmaley, thence N. 49° 22' W., 15.96 meters to point 2; thence N. 34° 43' W , 26.04 meters to point 3; thence N. 14° 34' E., 31.64 meters to point 4; thence N. 38° 10' E., 49.90 meters to point 5; thence N. 48° 22' E 82.65 meters to point 6; thence N. 53° 36' E., 193.72 meters to point 7; thence N. 78° 02' E., 109.45 meters to point 8; thence S. 12° 54' E., 82.83 meters to point 9; thence S. 71° 11' W., 189 16 meters to point 10; thence S. 53° 38' W., 85.08 meters to point 11; thence S. 56° 01' W., 99.91 meters to point 12; thence S. 41° 33' W., 52.52 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 33,133 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1, 2 and 13, by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; points 9, 10, 11 and 12, by Old P.L.S. Cyl. Conc.
