DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 1964, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO AND IN THE CITY OF ILOILO
WHEREAS, the nineteenth anniversary of the liberation of Iloilo Province from the Imperial Japanese Forces falls on March 18, 1964; and
WHEREAS, the people of the Province and City of Iloilo should be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 18, 1964, as a special public holiday in the province and city of Iloilo.1aшphi1
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
