DECLARING SATURDAY, MARCH 28, 1964, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, the twenty-seventh day (Good Friday) and the twenty-ninth day (Sunday) of March, 1964, being holidays, the twenty-eighth day (Saturday) may be declared a special public holiday without prejudice to the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 80 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby proclaim Saturday, March 28, 1964, as special public holiday.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
