EXCLUDING FROM THE SCHOOL SITE RESERVATION ESTABLISHED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 676 DATED JANUARY 31, 1941, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF TONDO, MANILA, AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR GROUND RESERVOIR AND PUMPING STATION SITES PURPOSES OF THE NATIONAL WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE AUTHORITY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do here by exclude from the school site reservation established under Proclamation No, 676 dated January 31, 1941, a certain portion, of the land embraced therein, situated in the District of Tondo, Manila, and reserve the same for ground reservoir and pumping station site purposes of the National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority; Provided, that when no longer needed for the purpose, it shall revert to its original dedication as school site, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, being a portion of the subdivision of the City Stable No. 2 described in T.C.T. No. 58346), situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila. Bounded on the SE., along lines 1-2-3-, by Estero de Magdalena; on the SW., along lines 3-4-5-6,by Lot 3 of the subdivision plan, on the NW., along line 6-7, by Jose Abad Santos Boulevard (formerly Reina Regente Street); on the NE. and MW., along lines 7-8-9, by Lot 2 of the subdivision plan; and on the-NE., along lines 9-10-1, by property of Hanssermann, Cohn and Fisher. Beginning at a point marked 1on plan, being S. 83 deg. 43 E., 1031,69 m. from Tondo Church Cupola.
