MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 208, February 21, 1964 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 378, DATED JANUARY 2, 1957, WHICH RESERVED FOR CITY HALL SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN CEBU CITY, ISLAND OF CEBU, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me-by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 378, dated January 2, 1957, which reserved for City Hall site purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Cebu City, Island of Cebu, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.
