AUTHORIZING THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, INC., TO CONDUCT ITS EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP, AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM MARCH 15 TO APRIL 30, 1964

WHEREAS, the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc., has out efforts to promote the well-being of our children and to develop them into good and useful citizens and enlightened leaders of our country;

WHEREAS, the progress of our country greatly depends on the development of the latent capabilities of our .youth who are the nation’s pillars tomorrow;

WHEREAS, the facilities for the proper upbringing of our children should be provided them; and

WHEREAS, the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc., has its objectives fully geared to help achieve these ends;

NOW THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc., to conduct educational, membership, and fund campaign from March 15 to April 30, 1964, I enjoin all government officials and employees, private entities, citizens, and nationals to support this humanitarian movement.
