DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 1963, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, the thirty-first day, Tuesday, of December 1963, may be declared a special public holiday without prejudice to the public interests;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby proclaim Tuesday, December 31, 1963, S3 a special public holiday.1âшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
