MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 184, December 17, 1963 ] DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 1963, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE AND THE CITY OF ILOILO WHEREAS, the people of the province and city of Iloilo should be given full opportunity to celebrate the birthday anniversary of Graciano Lopez Jaena, one of our outstanding patriots; NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 80 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 18, 1963, as a special public holiday in the province and city of Iloilo.1âшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
