MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 163, March 15, 2019 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 1963, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS AND LIPA CITY.
