MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 143, July 29, 1963 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 694 DATED AUGUST 8, 1960, BY TRANSFERRING THE USE AND ADMINISTRATION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, SWO-20567 (REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES), A RESERVATION ESTABLISHED THEREUNDER, TO THE VETERANS FEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 694, dated August 8, 1960, by transferring the use and administration of Lot 1, Block 2, SWO-20567, (Republic of the Philippines), a certain parcel of the public domain situated in South Harbor, Port Area District, City of Manila, to the Veterans Federation of the Philippines.1âшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
