MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 815, December 29, 1961 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 241, DATED JULY 5, 1929, WHICH RESERVED FOR OFFICIAL RESIDENTIAL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER XI OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 241, dated July 5, 1929, which reserved for official residential site purposes a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of! Baguio, Island of Luzon, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of Chapter XI of the Public Land Act.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
