RESERVING FOR GIRL SCOUTS SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the author-Sty vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Girl Scouts site purposes, under the administration of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the Government, situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 195-B-1-C-2-A of the subdivision plan Psd-55458, being a period of lot 195-B-1-C-2 described on plan Psd-42984, L.E.C, Record No. ———), situated in the City of Davao. Bounded on all sides by lot 195-B-1-C-2-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 65° 10' E., 1,311.06 m. from B.L.B.M. 2, Davao Cadastre, thence S. 34° 54' E., 193.67 meters to point 2; thence S. 6° 23' E., 11.68 meters to point 3; thence S. 18° 22' W., 11.11 meters to point 4; thence S. 31° 28' W., 226.22 meters to point 5; thence N. 35° 43' W., 242.49 meters to point 6; thence N. 40° 28' E., 232.74 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 50,000 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Cone. Mons.; bearings true; date of the original survey, Feb. 1916-May, 1920 and that of the subdivision survey, January 9, 1959 and approved on March 5, 1959.1aшphi1
