REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 101, DATED DECEMBER 15, 1954, AS MODIFIED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 326, DATED AUGUST 1, 1956, AND PROCLAMATION NO. 479, DATED JANUARY 27, 1958

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 101, dated December 15, 1954, reserving for Educational Center site a part of the Old University of the Philippines (U. P.) Campus, situated along Taft Avenue and Isaac Peral Street, District of Ermita, City of Manila. The area covered by said Proclamation No. 101 after excluding the portions segregated therefrom under Proclamation No. 326, dated August 1, 1956, and Proclamation No. 479, dated January 27, 1958, is hereby reserved for the construction of the Malcolm Hall to commemorate the achievements of the late Justice George A. Malcolm of the Supreme Court of the Philippines in the field of law and jurisprudence as well as his contributions to Philippine progress while in the service of the Philippine Government. The U. P. Law Alumni Association shall administer the said reservation and shall be responsible for the realization of the project for which it is established. The specific area herein reserved shall be subject to future survey by the Bureau of Lands and its boundaries and description shall be deemed incorporated herein.1aшphi1
