REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 404, DATED JUNE 27, 1953, WHICH RESERVED FOR CITY HALL PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF LEGAZPI, AND RESERVING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR PROVINCIAL BUILDINGS SITE PURPOSES

By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 404, June 27, 1953, which reserved a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government situated in the City of Legazpi for City Hall purposes, and reserve the land embraced therein, together with the improvements existing thereon, for provincial buildings site under the administration of the Province of Albay, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the Bicol Regional School of Arts and Trades shall be allowed to stay in the premises until it is trans­ferred to the site reserved for it under Proclamation No. 403, dated June 27, 1953.1aшphi1
