MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 806, December 4, 1961 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 453, DATED DECEMBER 23, 1953, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CAMP KEITHLEY MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DANSALAN, NOW CITY OF MARAWI ISLAND OF MINDANAO, A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 453, dated December 23, 1953, which established the Camp Keithley Military Reservation situated in the City of Dansalan, now City of Marawi, Island of Mindanao, a certain portion of land embraced therein, and reserve the same for school site purposes under the administration of the University of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit: “A parcel of land (as shown on plan Nr-155, JL.R.C. Record No. -), situated in the City of Marawi. Bounded on the NE. and SE., along lines 1-2-3, by Military Reservation (11-5919-portion); on the SE., along lines 3-4-5, by the land covered by Proclamation No. 375, December 26, 1956, and Signal Hill; on the SE. and NE., along lines 5-6-7, by Little Bacolod Swamp; and on the SE., SW., W. and NW., along lines 7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-1, by Military Reservation (11-5919-portion). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 35° 32' W., 3,728.64 meters from corner 3 of II-5919; thence S. 28° 56' E., 789.78 meters to point 2; thence S. 59° 20' W., 1,150.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 40° 15' W., 850.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 7° 00' E., 840.00 meters to point 5; thence S. 58° 27' W., 1,992.00 meters to point 6; thence S. 30° 15' E., 1,650.00 meters to point 7; thence N. 62° 38' W., 300.00 meters to point 8; thence S. 58° 30' W., 220.00 meters to point 9; thence S. 19° 30' W., 550.00 meters to point 10; thence S. 30° 11' W., 350.00 meters to point 11; thence N. 29° 01' W., 1,140.00 meters to point 12; thence S. 52° 15' W., 1,560.00 meters to point 13; thence N. 12° 44' W., 2,361.61 meters to point 14; thence N. 62° 05' E., 880.00 meters to point 15; thence N. 62° 05' E., 2,690.00 meters to point 16; thence N. 41° 15' E., 450.00 meters to point 17; thence N. 81° 00' W., 300.00 meters to point 18; thence N. 38° 58' W., 160.00 meters to point 19; thence N. 50° 48' E., 300.00 meters to point 20; thence N. 36° 00' E., 300.00 meters to point 21; thence N. 12° 00' E., 300.00 meters to point 22; thence N. 62° 39' E. 1,701.04 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 9,993.560 square meters.
