MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 802, November 5, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BARURAO, MUNICIPALITY OF SULTAN SA BARONGIS (FORMERLY LAMBAYONG), PROVINCE OF COTABATO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for market site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, under the administration of the municipality of Sultan Sa Barongis, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the barrio of Barurao, municipality of Sultan Sa Barongis (formerly Lambayong), province of Cotabato and more particularly described as follows: “A parcel of land (Lot 973 of Lambayong Public Land Subdivision, Pls-442, L.R.C. Record No.——— situated in the Barrio ,of Barurao, Municipality of Lambayong, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by National Highway; and on the SE. and NW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-1, by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 6° 53' W., 40.44 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Lambayong Public Land Subdivision, Pls-442, thence S. 21° 09' E., 51.32 meters to point 2; thence S. 59° 11' W., 152.06 meters to point 3; thence N. 46° 02' E., 10.50 meters to point 4; thence N. 24° 38' E., 50.87 meters to point 5; thence N. 27° 12' E., 35.15 meters to point 6; thence N. 58° 39' E., 78.75 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 5,562 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by old points; bearings true; date of survey, Dec. 26, 1956. Lot 974 “A parcel of land (Lot 974 of Lambayong Public Land Subdivision, Pls-442, L.R.C. Record No.—— situated in the Barrio of Barurao, Municipality of Lambayong, Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the NW., SE., and SW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-1, by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 51° 48' W., 255.92 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Lambayong Public Land Subdivision, Pls-442, thence N. 58° 46' E., 134.80 meters to point 2; thence S. 24° 45' W., 22.35 meters to point 3; thence N. 31° 38' E., 42.01 meters to point 4; thence S. 35° 23' W., 135.50 meters to point 5; thence S. 51° 47' W., 29.36 meters to point 6; thence N. 31° 24' W., 50.68 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 3,951 square meters.
