MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 796, October 14, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN SAN FRANCISCO DEL MONTE, QUEZON CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to section 1 Republic Act No. 477, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Public Schools subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain portion of the private domain of Government, situated in San Francisco del Monte, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows: “A parcel of land shown on plan of subdivision as lot No. 21, Block No. 104, Psd-1650, being a portion of lot A-2-B-7, Psd-1577, G.L.R.O. Record No. 3563, situated in the barrio of San Francisco del Monte, municipality of San Juan del Monte, province of Rizal. Bounded on the N. by lot No. 22; on the E. by lots Nos. 20 and 19; on the S. by lot No. 12; and on the W. by road lot No. 120. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan being N. 19° 6' E., 774.70 meters from B.L.L.M. No. —, San Francisco del Monte; thence S. 12° 44' E., 23.77 meters to point 2; thence N. 80° 84' W., 98.29 meters to point; thence N. 10° 08' E., 63.02 meters to point 4; thence S. 78° 06' E., 73.66 meters to point 5; thence SL 12° 55' E., 40.93 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 5,245 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.L.S. Conc. Mons. 15 cm. x 60 cm. Bearings true, declination 0° 50' E., original survey, January to December 1925.
