MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 794, October 7, 1961 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 6, DATED OCTOBER 20, 1908, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE BAGUIO GENERAL HOSPITAL RESERVATION, SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “A”, CITY OF BAGUIO, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAID PORTIONS FOR THE SITE OF THE DAY HOSPITAL BUILDING OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Philippine Commission Resolution No. 6, dated October 20, 1908, which established the Baguio General Hospital Reservation, situated in Residence Section “A”, City of Baguio, certain portions of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for the site of the day hospital building of the Philippine Mental Health Association for the care and treatment of mental cases, under the administration of the Secretary of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portions of land are more particularly described as follows: to wit: Lot 1 Nr-151-D A parcel of land (Lot 1 as shown on plan Nr-151-D), situated in the District of Res. Sec. “A”, Baguio City. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Road (Lot 84-A, Bsd-1713, portion); on the SE., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 2 of plan Nr-151-D; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Public Land; and on the NW., along lines 5-6-1 by Campo Sioco Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 54° 25' E., 118.50 meters from B.L. 7, Baguio Townsite, thence S. 3° 02' E., 10.95 meters to point 2; thence S. 53° 33' W., 16.84 meters to point 3, thence S. 74° 28' W., 37.75 meters to point 4; thence N. 12° 56' W., 5.45 meters to point 5; thence N. 63° 23' E., 19.46 meters to point 6; thence N. 63° 01' E., 37.24 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 541 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 3 by Old B.L. Conc. Mon.; and the rest, by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of the survey, March 12, 1961, and approved on August 3, 1961. Lot 2, Nr-151-D A parcel of land (Lot 2 as shown on plan Nr-151-D), situated in the District of Res. Sec. “A”, Baguio City. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by road (Lot 84-A, Bsd-1713, portion); on the S., and SW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by property of Baguio General Hospital (Lot 84-A, Bsd-1713, portion); and on the NW., along lines 5-6-1 by Lot 1 of plan Nr-151-D. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 59° 06' W., 112.99 meters from B.L. 7, Baguio Townsite, thence S. 3° 02' E., 21.32 meters to point 2; thence S. 88° 05' W., 30.43 meters to point 2; thence S. 88° 05' W., 20.00 meters to point 4; thence N. 12° 51' W., 3.06 meters to point 5; thence N. 74° 38' E., 37.75 meters to point •; thence N. 53° 33' E., 16.84 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 504 square meters.
