MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 793, September 29, 1961 ] EXCLUDING FROM OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 282, DATED MARCH 27, 1956, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE NAUJAN LAKE NATIONAL PARK, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF NAUJAN, VICTORIA, AND POLA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 282, dated March 27, 1956, which established the Naujan Lake National Park, the Naujan Lake proper (water area), and the lands surrounding it, except the marshy lands which are more particularly described as follows: Lot 1 Nr-149 A parcel of land (Lot 1 of plan Nr-149), situated in the Municipalities of Naujan, Victoria and Pola,.
