MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 791, September 25, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR THE COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES, AS EXPERIMENT STATION FOR THE PROPOSED DAIRY RESEARCH AND TRAINING INSTITUTE AND FOR AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION STUDIES OF THIS COLLEGE A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED PARTLY IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PAETE AND PAKIL PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AND PARTLY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President, of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the College of Agriculture, University of the Philippines, as experiment station for the proposed Dairy Research and Training Institute and for research and production studies of this College, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated partly in the municipalities of Paete and Pakil, province of Laguna, and partly in the municipality of Infanta, province of Quezon, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the disposition of timber and other forest products found therein shall be subject to the forestry laws and regulations, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit: A parcel of land (the proposed experiment station for the Dairy Research and Training Institute and for research and production studies of the University of the Philippines College of Agriculture), situated in the municipalities of Paete, Pakil and Longos, province of Laguna. Bounded on all sides by Forest Zone. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketched plan, thence East 5,505.00 meters to point 2; thence S. 3° 15' E., 1,800.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 81° 30' E., 3,240.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 2° 15' E., 3,540.00 meters to point 5; thence West, 6,600.00 meters to point 6; thence N. 20° 30' E., 1,030.00 meters to point 7; thence N. 84° 55' W., 220.00 meters to point 8; thence N. 31° 40' W., 1,180.00 meters to point 9; thence N. 14° 05' E., 1,000.00 meters to point 10; thence S. 89° 15' W., 250.00 meters to point 11; thence N. 82° 35' W., 1,820.00 meters to point 12; thence N. 48° 09' W., 840.00 meters to point 13; thence N. 48° 28' E., 840.00 meters to point 14; thence N. 37° 10' W., 150.00 meters to point 15; thence N. 48° 20' E. 430.00 meters to point 16; thence N. 30° 28' W., 150.00 meters to point 17; thence N. 20°10' E., 260.00 meters to point 18; thence S. 31° 40' E., 260.00 meters to point 19; thence N. 69° 10' E., 500.00 meters to point 20; and thence N. 24° 30' W., 400.00 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 35,000.000 square meters.
