MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 788, September 22, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR THE SITE OF THE BONIFACIO MEMORIAL STADIUM A PORTION OF THE TONDO FORESHORE LAND SITUATED ALONG DEWEY BOULEVARD EXTENSION, DISTRICT OF TONDO, CITY OF MANILA Upon the recommendation of the Chairman-Administrator of the Land Tenure Administration and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve, under the administration of the City of Manila, for the site of the Bonifacio Memorial Stadium a portion of the “Tondo Foreshore Land” situated along Dewey Boulevard Extension, District of Tondo, City of Manila, which portion is more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land (portion of the reclaimed land) situated in the District of Tondo, City of Manila. Bounded on the N., by a canal; on the NE., by Dewey Boulevard Extension; on the SE., by Proposed Street; and on the SW. and NW., by reclaimed land (Tondo Foreshore Land). Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 31° 55' W., 778.40 meters from BLLM. No. 8, Manila Cadastre; thence S. 85° 33' W., 172.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 5° 27' W., 43.92 meters to point 3; thence N. 7° 29' W., 43.91 meters to point 4; thence N. 9° 27' W., 43.92 meters to point 5; thence N. 11° 29' W., 43.93 meters to point 6; thence N. 13° 30' W., 43.91 meters to point 7; thence N. 15° 29' W., 43.92 meters to point 8; thence N. 17° 31' W., 43.91 meters to point 9; thence N. 19° 31' W., 43.92 meters to point 10; thence N. 21° 31' W., 43.91 meters to point 11; thence N. 23° 32' W., 2.34 meters to point 12; thence N. 57° 17' W., 244.83 meters to point 13; thence S. 74° 26' E., 20.17 meters to point 14; thence S. 4° 27' E., 500.00 meters to the point of beginning containing an area of 90,000 snare meters, more or less.
