MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 778, September 4, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR CLINIC AND DISPENSARY SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAMINAWIT, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Clinic and Dispensary site purpose under the administration of the Philippines Tuberculosis Society, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of land of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Caminawit, municipality of San Jose, province of Occidental Mindoro, and more particularly described as follows: LOT 1618-B Csd-6037-D A parcel of land (lot 1618-B of the subdivision plan Csd-6037-D being a portion of lot 1618 of San Jose Public Land Subdivision Pls-33. L.R.C. Record No.———), situated in the barrio of Caminawit, municipality of San Jose, province of Occidental Mindoro. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4, by road; on the SE., along line 4-5, by lot 1676, San Jose Public Land Subdivision Pls-33; on the SW., and E., along lines 5-6-7, by lot 1618-A of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along lines 7-8-9-10, by Mindoro Strait; on the NW., along line 10-1, by lot 1820, of San Jose Public Land Subdivision Pls-33. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 41° 15' E., 753.80 meters from B.B.M. 4, San Jose Public Land Subdivision Pls-33; thence S. 58° 42' E., 198.47 meters to point 2; thence S. 56° 58' E., 202.61 meters to point 3; thence S. 56° 58' E., 203.11 meters to point 4; thence S. 25° 10' W., 5.00 meters to point 5; thence N. 56° 58' W., 203.11 meters to point 6; thence S. 21° 58' W., 32.19 meters to point 7; thence N. 46° 49' W., 111.01 meters to point 8; thence N. 63° 56' W., 156.30 meters to point 9; thence N. 66° 25' W., 146.47 meters to point 10; and thence N. 34° 40' E., 54.08 meters to the point, of beginning; containing an area of 14,213 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan, and are marked on the ground by Old P.L.S. Cyl. Cone. Mons.; bearings true, date of the original survey.
