MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 777, September 4, 1961 ] RESERVING FOR PUBLIC PLAZA SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for public plaza site purposes under the administration of the municipality of Malaybalay, subject to private rights, if any there, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Malaybalay, province of Bukidnon, island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 1 Nn-62 A parcel of land (Lot 1 of plan Pn-62 and shown on plan Swo-36842), situated in the municipality of Malaybalay, province of Bukidnon, island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Calle; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Calle; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Calle; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Calle. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 32° 59' W., 80.88 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, thence S. 32° 54' E., 82.11 meters to point 2; thence S. 60° 57' W., 83.06 meters to point 3; thence N. 32° 54' W., 82.26 meters to point 4; and thence N. 61° 04' E., 83.06 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an area of 6,811 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4 by stones; point 2 by blaze in S. side of tree and point 3 by old corner; bearings true; date of the survey, July 3-4, 1916 and executed by G.R.
