MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 776, September 4, 1961 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63, DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION, SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “A”, CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE COMMISSION ON ELECTIONS Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 68, dated August 6, 1925, which established the Government Center Reservation, situated in Residence Section “A”, City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of land embraced therein, and reserve the same for building site purposes under the administration of the Chairman of the Commission on Elections, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit: LOT 2-B Bsd-11785 (Commission on Elections) A parcel of land (Lot 2-B of the subdivision plan Bsd-11785, being a portion of lot 2, Residence Section “A”, Baguio Townsite, L.R.C. Record No. ———, situated in the Residence Section “A”, City of Baguio. Bounded on the E., along lines 1-2-3, by Governor Pack Road; on the S., along line 3-4, by lot 2-C of the subdivision plan; en the W., along lines 4-5-6-7, by Harrison Road; and on the N., along line 7-1, by Lot 2-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 6° 46' “W., 456.73 meters from Triangulation Station HAPPY, Baguio Townsite, thence S. 5° 04' W., 22.28 meters to point 2; thence S. 8° 46' E., 71.40 meters to point 3; thence N. 78° 23' W., 83.86 meters to point 4; thence N. 23° 35' W., 22.44 meters to point 5; thence N. 7° 37' W., 22.50 meters to point 6; thence N. 7° 27' E., 34.00 meters to point 7; thence S. 89° 30' E., 80.78 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 7,000 square meters.1aшphi1 All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 4 and 7, by B.L. concrete monuments; and the rest, by Old B.L. concrete monuments; bearings true; date of the original survey, June 30 and July 11, 1947 and that of the subdivision survey, April 4-5, 1961.
