EXTENDING THE THIRTEENTH ANNUAL FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE COMMUNITY CHEST OF GREATER MANILA

WHEREAS, the period from June 1 to July 15, 1961, has been set aside for the thirteenth annual fund campaign of the Community Chest of Greater Manila under Proclamation No. 755, dated May 24, 1961;

WHEREAS, said organization needs additional time for the successful prosecution of its campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the thirteenth annual fund campaign of the Community Chest of Greater Manila up to August 15, 1961.
