AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 761 DATED JUNE 20, 1961, BY TRANSFERRING NATIONAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY WEEK TO NOVEMBER 20-26, 1961

WHEREFORE, the period from July 10 to 16, 1961, has been declared as National Science and Technology Week under Proclamation No. 761 dated June 20, 1961; and

WHEREAS, the National Science Development Board has made representations that the week may be observed more effectively in the month of November;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 761 dated June 20, 1961, by transferring National Science and Technology Week to November 20-26, 1961.
